Jonathan Strimling has over 20 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur, largely focused on the commercialization of innovative products and services, with a focus in renewable energy. Prior to CleanFiber, Jon successfully launched WoodPellets.com and SharpSpring (NASDAQ: SHSP). Jon previously drove innovations in manufacturability at GE Aircraft Engines, commercialized new renewable energy and water systems at DEKA Research & Development, and has held senior operating roles with American Industrial Partners. He holds Masters degrees in Engineering and Management from MIT’s Engineering School and the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
Chief Operating Officer
Curtis Fischer has over 30 years of experience in operations, engineering, and supply chain management. His experience and diverse perspective have contributed significantly to the successful introduction of new products for early stage companies, as well as Fortune 500s. Prior to CleanFiber, Curt led a $500M supply chain operation for Teradyne. Curt earned an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson.
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining CleanFiber, Kevin Christner has held numerous senior financial roles in startups, serving as a “full stack” financial executive executing on everything from bookkeeping to complex structured finance transactions. In that time period, he has raised over $40M of capital from angel and institutional investors. He has extensive experience in financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, taxation, and business valuations. He holds a BA in Economics and History, Cum Laude, from Denison University.
Director of Plant Operations/Co-founder/Co-Inventor of CleanFiber
Robert Hupper is a process engineering expert, responsible for developing equipment requirements and optimizing our production process. He gained his extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry from serving as Process Manager at Verso Paper Company, where he was responsible for production operations and equipment maintenance. He earned his Associate Degree in Industrial Security, while serving in the U.S. Air Force.
Customer Advocate and Problem Solver
Katie Ehlers has spent the past several years helping launch new technologies, managing product testing, sales, and customer success. Originally from Long Island, Katie has had numerous customer facing roles focused on social impact. She enjoys problem solving and providing innovative solutions for customers. She holds a Bachelors in Speech Language Pathology, and a Masters degree in Social Sciences from the University at Buffalo.
